Febby started as an AEP high school and college scholarship recipient. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education from the University of Zambia, Zambia's leading tertiary institution. In October 2017, Febby joined the AYC team as a special education teacher. Febby knows braille and sign language and can work with all students.
Fred join AEP in August 2010. As the Academic Programs Manager, he oversees all academic activities including individual and classroom style tutoring, the college prep course, and college and career guidance. He also teaches English and History and facilitates Boys Talks. Fred obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English with History from The University of Zambia.
More About The Bercy…
Originally from Long Island, Steven grew up with an interest in cooking and hospitality at a young age. That passion brought him to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts Management. Steven holds the Advanced certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers and placed 3rd in the national finals for Best Young Sommelier 2016 held in Sonoma.
The Bercy is a modern take on the classic French brasserie, featuring approachable, classically inspired brasserie cuisine.
