Complete the Learning & Leadership Center Model, including financial sustainability.

In addition to refining our programs and operations, we will diversify the center’s revenue portfolio by decreasing donor dependency and increase local support. This includes creating an aquaponics social enterprise to increase financial self-sustainability.

Package the Learning & Leadership Center Model to be adaptable to a community's specific needs.

Finally, we will package the Learning & Leadership Center Model so that it can be replicated across Zambia (and one day Africa). We do not seek to create a cookie-cutter model. Instead, we will look to adapt the model to each community’s unique context and needs.

We plan to build and grow five (5) Learning & Leadership Centers across Zambia. These centers will be locally sustainable and thriving, financially and operationally. Each center will be majority-run by alumni with strong community partnership.

Each center will directly serve 1,500 children and youth who take advantage of programs 3-5 times per week.

In addition, we plan to work with five (5) community-based grantees across Africa to expand our reach and impact. These grantees will have missions that align with our DNA and focus on community-led change.

Become an Investor for our long-term sustainability.

Our goal is to one day have 100% of donations go toward achieving our goals. We are looking for Investors who want to create an endowment that will cover our administrative costs and enable us to simply focus on our work.
